Hi. I’m Keith, and I do Crossfit. I’ve been on it since 2013. Since then I’ve had to buy all new shirts, pants, shorts, shoes, jump ropes, lifters, knee sleeves, wristwraps, and headbands. In December 2014, I received my CFL-1 trainer and since have been helping others with their crossfitting (and gear selection). I am inspired by everyone that walks into our gym, making time to better themselves and our community.
