Intro Class

This is designed for anyone interested in our box.  We explain what CrossFit is, what you can expect out of your coaches, what they expect from you, we answer questions and do an evaluation workout.

Kickstart

For the member not ready to start regular CrossFit classes. Acts as a group personal training session.

Open Gym

This is when the gym is open for members to either work on technical movements, do WOD on their own or schedule a time to work with a coach.

Team Day

WOD consists of a team workout rather than individual.  No need to bring a team one will be created for you out of members at class.

Yoga

Our yoga class helps assist you with addition mobility to help improve your CrossFit experience.

Skill’s/Technique

Class designed for technical movements.  We break down each movement and develop that skill.  This class is not a workout.
