CROSSFIT

Each class focuses on functional movements that are constantly varied and measurable.  Every class is scaled to individual athletes which encourages improvement instead of competition with others.

KICKSTART

This class is for the member not ready for CrossFit, coming back from an injury or not wanting a competitve environment.  This class acts as a group personal training session encouraging members to build their endurance and skill level based on functional movement in a cardio manner.

KID’S CLASSES

Kid’s classes are available for children ages 4-14. This class works on developmental movements for each age group. We develop balance, problem solving, and leadership skills. Classes offered Monday/Wednesday from September through May.

NORTH SWOLE BARBELL CLUB

North Swole Barbell Club is coached by Keith Rowan and meets for an hour on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm. It is a 1 hour class of lifting following a power lifting or Olympic lifting program cycle. North Swole Barbell Club is designed for advanced lifters to better their lifting style, technique, and to introduce new advanced auxiliary lifts to help the lifter move more weight!
